"I started this business with five clients in my living room, and a dream to create my own business for the stability of my family as a single mom where my nerdy obsession with acting theory and science could be put to good use.
The Trifecta Method™ was created for actors and corporate "performers" wanting an efficient high level method to experience fully embodied, present, creative connection while reaching peak performance potential. In a world that is "out of touch with touch" and moving toward AI, I am passionate about creating more safe and inclusive environments that both honor uniqueness and elevate the beautiful "art of being human."

Kat Steffens: Owner and Creator of the Trifecta Method™
Kat Steffens has two decades of professional acting, writing, and directing experience. She played Jackie Kennedy in Tom Hanks produced movie PARKLAND; lead role in VINDICATION on Amazon Prime; and can be seen in upcoming supporting roles for HBO and HULU early 2023, along with dozens of professional theatre, indie film, and commercial credits from Chicago, Texas, and LA. As a working actor, Kat is represented by Bankston Talent Agency in Texas, New Mexico, and LA.
She holds a BFA in acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University with a minor in Digital Cinema/Screenwriting. Two years post graduate studies in Shakespeare in Chicago and Upright Citizens Brigade Improv training in LA. She studied acting coaching for camera with Anna Campbell of Actors House Studio in LA. She is currently enrolled in a four year certification program at The Feldenkrais Institute of Ann Arbor working toward her Feldenkrais Guild Membership.
She was honored to be selected as a top tier guest artist at the Texas Thespian State Festival and the Texas Thespian Educator Conference. She was the resident acting studio of Alamo City Studios and head of acting for East Side Youth Content Creators Program funded by the city of San Antonio. She has been a guest teacher for Carol Hickey Studios in Austin, and Actors Center for Training in Louisville, KY. Kat is especially passionate about incorporating somatic methods that connect neuroscience, the body, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness to elevate her clients' performance on film or in corporate settings.
Grace Bowman: San Antonio Acting Coach and Teen/ Kids Instructor
Grace Bowman has four years of on camera acting training and professional apprenticeship with Kat Steffens. She was selected All Star Cast twice for UIL before graduating early in 2020. She is currently represented by Bankston Talent and has booked two commercials and five short films in her first year as a working actor. Grace also produces, directs, and acts in her own independent films which are currently on the festival circuit in addition to her bookings from the agency.
Grace has already had success with two clients who booked the auditions she coached and taped at the studio. Kat trusts her to tape and coach her own auditions- so you are in good hands with Grace!
Natalie Hinds: Acting Coach for Dallas/ Fort Worth
A Musical Theatre graduate of NYU, Natalie Hinds has studied numerous methods of storytelling in her 12 years in New York City. Recently returned to the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, you can catch her on screen in the upcoming SAG Short “Cleaning,” B22’s “Foreclosure," and commercials for Country Crock, Dell, AutoNation, Rotorooter, NBC's Peacock and so many more!
Natalie has studied with Kat and the Trifecta Method™ for the last 3 years and is thrilled to share with students this life and performance altering method of complete mind-body communion and communication. Currently represented by Bankston Talent in Texas and New Mexico.
Aleshah Brown: Graphic Design and Social Media
Aleshah Brown is an actress, filmmaker, director, writer, and advocate for the dreamers! She is represented by Bankston Talent in TX, NM, and LA, and has most recently starred in a short film going to film festivals, and is the lead in an upcoming web series called Redemption Train. Aleshah has also done many commercials for various companies including Buick, Meta, Gel Blasters, Top Golf, ProActiv, and more!
She has made it to the final rounds of callbacks for lead roles with major networks and studios including Disney+ and Tyler Perry Studios. Aleshah started training with Kat in 2018 and is so grateful to be Trifecta’s graphic designer and social media consultant.
Her mission is to inspire people to be and love their authentic selves through film and everything she does, and she is so honored to be helping share the Trifecta Method™ message.
Anna Stypko: Head of Film, Corporate Video Producer and Director, Corporate Photographer
Anna Stypko is a filmmaker currently based between Texas and Mexico City. She holds an MFA in writing & directing from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and a BFA in painting from Tyler School of Art. Her work ranges from narrative & documentary films to commercials and music videos, having screened at festivals across the world as well as online & streaming platforms like Allure.com, Pitchfork, Netflix and Hulu. As a cinematographer, she is known for comedy features 'Wild Nights With Emily' and 'The Foxy Merkins'.
At Trifecta, Anna teaches filmmaking for actors, empowering them to go out and create their own content for their reels and festivals. She also provides photography and videography services to our corporate clients.
